I Thought About You Today

JUST...A THOUGHT, Amen.



I thought about You today...  

Your Goodness and Your Grace   

I meditated on Your Love  

I visualized Your Face   

I thought about 

what You saved me from...   

hell's fire and damnation   

all the misery to come  

I thought about the sacrifice...    

You...on Calvary    

and all that You endured    

just for me  

I thought about the city    

built with miraculous care...   

You're coming back as promised  

to take me there  

Thoughts of You are what sustains me   

'cause my journey oft times...is hard    

Thus moments with You in mind    

waters and softens...the arid sod  

Yes, I thought about You today

...Jehovah,    

Your Goodness and Your Grace
