I Think I'm Going to Cry

Oh, if I could see once more
a gumball machine in a grocery store.
Alas, these days, I never do see any,
although, they only cost a penny -
and, then I'd like to take a ride
on a little coin operated car outside.

I remember, too, feeling safe...unlike today's world. Actually (lol) my mom usually didn't let me ride those things, not for safety, but the expense, but yeah, nowadays, you'd be afraid to leave your kid on one.
