I Stepped Out of Heaven
I stepped out of heaven and allowed
myself to be
Vulnerable
Vulnerable to your touch, as distant as it maybe
Still powerful enough to hurt
I stepped out of heaven so I could be close to you
Close enough to make a difference, placing my heart
In your hand.
Allowing myself to be vulnerable to you.
Surrender all, giving much and expecting
Nothing.
That's why I stepped out of heaven
I did it for you.
