I Solemnly Declare

when I slip away
my words I'll leave behind

our intimate memories
entwined in a whisper,
only you will find

my love you have made complete,
in peacefulness I will sleep

it is only the world I depart
I will remain ever true in your heart,

In the quiet times, be not afraid,
I am near you-as close as our first kiss

you can believe me when I tell you,
it is only you that I will miss,

I will treasure all that you are,
and all you are yet to be

I love you so dearly,

our love this meaning
I solemnly declare
should I come round again,

it is with you my love,
my life I choose to share
for all eternity to remain

...this love I declare...
