I Sigh

I sigh when I say good morning And I’m stuck listening to the Negativity and problems of Someone else's day I sigh when my computer Runs slow or the internet crashes That puts me behind In my work I sigh at how the Cost of living is rising quickly Without any remorse for The elderly I sigh at how the Minimum wage is So low that the people can Barely make ends meet anymore I sigh at the virus That keeps evolving into Something new each time Disrupting our daily lives JULY 12, 2021

Truly we do listen to the negativity of another’s day and sometimes have participated too. Boy it is hard to hear someone go on and on and I regret the times I have done so. Sigh… Congratulations!
