I Shall Seek My God

Oh God, you are my God whom I shall seek earnestly. I humbly seek your face and wait patiently… My soul longs for you.. In a dry land, where there’s no water. As I rest, my body is in pain and will soon falter… I come to your sanctuary to behold your glory and power! And I long for your presence this very hour! Because your loving kindness is better than life, I will praise you! Because of your love and mercy, I do exalt you! I will bless you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to your name… Your message of hope and mercy I will daily proclaim! My soul is satisfied and I offer praise with joyful lips! Your goodness in my life... Most certainly fits! I remember you in bed and meditate on you each night… And you tell me; “everything will be alright!” You’re my God and protector and best friend indeed! And have blessed me in meeting my every need!
