I Shall See You On the Other Side
The walls may attest to my fears of running into the unpleasant occasion,
Visit’s thee at least once a day.
A struggle taken unto thee,
Trampled by trespassing footsteps that roam my musings,
Will it be painful, swift, or merciful.
Will thee even be aware, or perhaps,
Thee will be awaken on the other side.
Paralyzed by the unknown,
I guess
I shall see you on the other side.
A sudden knock thou can’t ignore,
Shattered sounds of glass disrupt the silence,
The lights hid behind the darkness
The walls trembled with fear
Awake thee and all among
Look not, teeth and tongue shall say no more
I shall see you on the other side.
The moon may dance but thee may witnessed not,
Thunders may clap not at the hearing of thee
Raindrops appear unmindful to thee
I shall see you on the other side.
Like dark clouds in the sky,
Grasping this phenomenon is yet to bring a smile to those that ponder.
One day the stars were no more,
Thou art whispered a prayer, and path ways with consciousness.
The inevitable dreaded occasion came without warning.
I shall see you on the other side.
Like ice on heat my memories faded,
Lay thee down like a single-celled organism.
The other side awaited thee,
A still presence in shape or form remained,
Yet consciousness disappeared in the still of the night.
I shall see you on the other side.
Thou shall partake in a travelled journey headed for the hereafter.
The transcendental importance of the soul shall dance into the planes of existence.
Fear no more, thee shall join in the state of the natural,
Captivated by peace and happiness, thereafter.
I shall see you on the other side.
