I See Colors

Inside the darkness I see colors.
Floating, hope is an imagination.
Wishing to hear the echoes of
the sounds I made while breathing.
Back, is the silence that endless screams.

Inside the darkness I see colors.
Unreal as it seems, yet so real, it
makes me believe, light
Is the only relief.

Inside these colors, I see darkness.
unusual as it is, casualties are what it gives.
Neglecting imagination, as it
becomes punctuation.

Inside the darkness I see colors.
Hope is the imagination
Light, the realization
Reminds me that I still have faith,
which becomes my inspiration.
