I See
I look at her
And I see
I see who she is
Who she dreams to be
I see her, in the dark
When she, herself, can’t see
I see all, not part
I see how she’s like me
I feel her
I feel her intense pain
I cry and cry. I don’t know why
I drive myself insane
He doesn’t seem to see
It appears he cannot feel
She submits, they agree
Not hers, but his will
But I see
I see her
I feel how she feels
I love her
I see the light, he kills
