I Saw Your Smile Lose Height and Mass

I saw your face

God, how you've changed!

I saw your eyes

Somehow, that spark's refrained?

I see your pain

I see your loss

I saw your smile lose height and mass

I see the man I used to know

Under there somewhere with a broken soul.
