I Saw You Yesterday
I saw you yesterday
And you’re still bitter as ever
How miserable your husband should be
Regretting that you guys are together
I asked myself what I would do…
If I ever saw you again
Make a scene, strangle you…
But I feel sorry for you in the end…
How he puts up with you…
I will never know
But I thank god, I saw it early
How the truth I ignored
I saw you yesterday
And to my surprise I did not cry
I just laughed at the poor bastard…
Who was at your miserable side…!
How he must hate living with a beast
A selfish hag, who doesn’t care…
How he must pray every day
Going to bed every night with fear…
I won’t deny I loved you…
But I guess I eventually saw it through
I was stubborn, I didn’t listen
My friends warned me about you…
But now I smile… I smile
Because I completely wiped you off my mind
Telling myself that life is bigger
When you’re not wasting my time!
I saw you yesterday…
Surely hope I don’t see you ever again
That you live your miserable life
With no family or friends!
