I Sailed Through
Just within the twinkling of an eye,
I found myself a success,
When I thought I was going on a journey
which would never end.
I never gave up the courage,
'Cause I've always known
the future holds a lot for me.
I made everything possible,
I worked hard,
Going through thick and thin,
Burning candles at both ends,
I never gave up,
I never quitted,
I never showed a white feather.
After all,I thank God I sailed through.
