I Remember a Story

I remember a story
I read and as it is told
a small girl found
a world that was cold

That's not the part
that I find as strange
In this world the
season's didn't change

She found it through
a wardrobe in an empty room
If I found something
Like this I'd be over the moon

While in this world
she found a kind fawn
She sat and talked
with him for so long

When she came back
Only a few moments had past
With a wardrobe like this
I'd have quite a blast

She went back several times
With her brother's and sis
Went to war, became kings n
queens n things such as this

I don't know what I'd do
if I found such a place
Or if I'd be scared
of the perils I'd face

One way I can safely
take a good look,
It is to read about it
in a good book.
