I Really Love Him

Always when I get up, he’s close to me,
Waiting for my caresses and nice words.
His eyes are loving, and fond, and happy,
I stroke him to fill the morning standards.

Afternoon when I come back home at last,
At our door he waits impatiently.
His cordial welcome is a nice contrast
To my daily troubles – he’s so friendly…

We have a lot in common – it’s charming;
We love the same bed, armchair – it’s normal.
We both have a passion for daydreaming,
I love him – my dog, my smart animal.
