I Promise

When I look into your eyes
I promise
To be there always
Forever and a day

And when the dawn breaks
I promise
To be there beside you 
Forever to be safe

And when the darkness falls
I promise 
To hold you against the night
Forever to keep you warm 

And when you need me
I promise
To come to you
Forever us against the world.
