I think of my cat
When the fireworks begin
If she will be afraid

Of the fireworks
Beginning in the darkness
I ponder if she will hide

My cat, Mrs. Pendleton, Mrs. P for short, (long story on the name) tells me a storm is on its way. I don't need my phone except to track it.

My cat got scared and went under the bed. I was out and the windows were opened. The rain got inside. After I calmed my cat down she was feeling okay. Enjoy your day my friend.

Hello N.J.V. I enjoy cats stories and cats poems. My cat did not get scared with the fireworks. On Saturday passed we had a strange storm. With rain and high winds. Damage was done to some houses trees fell on the roofs. Power outage.

Hello Caren, oh I agree. i do not like the fireworks. Where i live the fireworks last 3 days. Which is too long. July is another month of fireworks and so is August. Scream!!Hugs.

In some areas trees came down on the houses. Causing damage. Some areas had power failure. Schools were closed on the week day. Because of water damage. Some areas were worse off. A horrible storm. Hugs.---\ Darlene

Hello Len, You were right. On Saturday we had a wired storm with rain and high winds. It was very bad. I was not home. the windows were opened . rain came inside. Sparkles was under the bed. It took me a while to calm her down.

July 4th and other times need us to "ponder" pets, friends, & nonhuman friends who find fireworks "bad". Love & thanX

Hello Anil, yes July 4th and other times when there is fireworks should ponder pets, friends, and nonhuman friends that find fireworks bad. Where I live it is 4 days of fire works. I think that is way too long for the fireworks. Love, and you are welcome.

Hello Robert Gorelick, you both hide when there is fireworks! At first i calmed her down then she was okay. But when we had that wired wind storm on Saturday she was scared and was hiding under the bed. Enjoy your day my friend.

Hello Plabi,I have a cat now. I love her. We had high winds with rain today she hid under the bed. Because she was scared. When i came home i had to sooth her nerves. Hugs.
