I Never Got To Say Goodbye

Knock, knock, knock. Are you in there? Can you hear me? Please open up? I am scared , for I cannot see a day without you what it will be. It's me .... me your ... don't you remember me? Your friend. Someone walked out as bright as the sun, how tall I cannot say. Sadly it was not my friend. Still, it seems he has something to say. "As a guardian, 'I have come to say, You will no longer be able to see your friend not now or any other day. To you, I have these words to say. It was not too soon; it was my time we had fun on every single rhyme we didn't care if we got a dime happiness, laughter, a passion so strong not even death can overcome. Don't miss me because I am at peace, don't forget me. I can now see so much more than I ever could. Life meant so much, but this feels good. Death is an eventuality, honestly, is it not just another form of poetry. Don't look to the past; we both know sadness is hard to overcome. I may be dead, but you are not done. Pop some bottles, no mourning. Let's celebrate! Take up a pen, find a book, putting pen to paper, and you'll see what you have overlooked here, now, tomorrow, and every other day be healthy, live your life for I am at peace. I have left my mark; its there in you. As a guardian, I must say of those who have passed on, they have no regrets, and if there are it is few. To whisper words of love, to vent in anger, to pour out your hate, to cry, laugh and live for each and every day. It is up to you and your generation to carry on. never forget a spark will always live on

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
