I Need You, Not the Phone

The sound of your voice uplift my soul Deep inside I wish for your embrace I burn with passion anytime I hear your voice Without you, my life is void of grace When am alone I’m seeing you stare Though you are far away your eyes are there Watching over me like angels do I close my eyes without ado I pray everyday to see your face Your voice alone can’t close this case The sweet memories of us I feed on are running out Please show your face before I burnout This is the last time I will answer the phone I need to hold you and not the telephone I miss you, please come back home Tomorrow when the door bell rings In your embrace alone I wish to find my self
