I Need To Be Close To Jesus

I Need To Be Close to Jesus!

Being close to Jesus is
where I need to be.
I really want to be 
with him for eternity!

Being close be his side is the best place.
I need to daily walk humbly
 in his grace!

Serving him is the most important thing.
I want to enjoy the love he brings!

Knowing him brings fellowship 
so sweet.
Only then will I be
 made complete!

Staying close to him is
what I must do!
Whatever I face…  
He’ll see me through!

Thank you my Lord, 
for your mercy divine!
I’m so glad you’re a friend of MINE!

You bring what no other can give!
I have hope and a reason to LIVE!
