Notes About The Poem

How many times have we faced a difficult season in our lives, and had no one to turn to who could help or offer any solution or advice? But you do have someone, except He is usually the very last one that we take your burdens to; His name is Jesus. Him alone. Not Him and somebody else... Jesus alone. Until we truly seek God and make Him our refuge, we risk making matters worse by casting our cares on people who may love us; but they may not be equipped orb or strong enough to help. There are some things that only God can fix, and taking it to someone who are not going to help you take it to Jesus can be a massive mistake. Like the saying goes of Superman, you need to know that “This job is a job for a Super God!” for  when you need a miracle, and more than the help of a mere man! So tell God all about it. Only Jesus can fix it!

I Must Tell Jesus

I MUST TELL JESUS

I TOLD MY MOTHER,
I TOLD MY FATHER,
I TOLD MY SISTER,
I TOLD MY BROTHER,

I TOLD MYSELF IN THE MIRROR
WROTE IT ALL DOWN TO MAKE IT CLEARER!

I MUST TELL JESUS!
I MUST TELL JESUS!
JESUS ALONE CAN ONLY FIX IT!

I TOLD MY PASTOR,
I TOLD MY TEACHER,
I TOLD MY COUNSELOR
THEN A DIFFERENT PREACHER,

I TOLD MY BEST FRIEND WHO COULD’NT KEEP IT
SHE THEN TOLD TOLD OTHERS MY PROBLEM SECRET.

I MUST TELL JESUS!
I MUST TELL JESUS!
JESUS ALONE CAN ONLY FIX IT!

Indeed Jesus shall breathe in new life full of joy and peace that none other understands until they seek and it's revealed
