I Must Confess

I must confess, I am a Blessed man,
God has delivered me from all my mess,
Through Christ, I can get my rest,
Not to settle for nothing but His best,
You must check on yourselves for progress,
Even when you go through a certain test,
Don’t just sit at your desk,
Fetching over your mess,
Pass the test and get your rest.

I must confess, I am the best God could have made,
It has been said many times,
That I could not change,
But God has rearranged,
Through Christ Jesus who took my blame,
He has proclaimed me free,
On the tree for you and me,
He gave us the key,
Now count one two three,
You will see, what He did for thee.

Now we must confess, that we are blessed,
We have taken the test,
Not settling for less, but His best,
So go ahead and take your rest,
Your progress has been addressed,
through Him I live, I move and have my best,
Taken my rest, through Christ Jesus I confess.
