I Must

There's a place where you're loved
do you know it?
It's been there 
since a smile was born
A place all yours.

You may've felt it 
though torn..
for a long time 
I felt it too.

Find it again, I beg
you must, for them.. 
for you.

You're not meant to be hollow,
nor a shell
but filled in spirit..
where love
dwells.

I believe in you, 
yet in truth, 
I must
for all that's good 
comes this chance..

and in it true,
in you I trust,
I must.
