I Miss You

Where are you? my mind screams
For every aching moment you’re gone
As it often is
When your whole world fits inside of your arms
In those painful spells of distance
Where are you? I ponder
When you’re away
Do you think of me too?
If we could meet just once more
Could we stretch that moment to eternity?
A passing kiss, a quick goodbye
Is all I have left
Where are you?
When I’m alone
As emotions surge behind my eyes
I think of you, wherever you are
And I’m lonely
