I Miss You

In the morning when I am wake
And the evening as the sun fades
Every time of the day
I search for my better self
But yikes! You are away

In a crowded space
I feel out of place
Immersed in loneliness
I long for your presence

How I miss those cherry-like lips
Just hanging from that wonderfully molded
Chin of yours
I miss staring at those beautiful eyes
Embedded in that sweet angel’s face
I miss that captivating voice
Saying all kinds of jokes
Opinions, dreams and hopes
