I Miss You

I miss you

The night's never ending,
just goes on and on
Endless tears and suffering
when will it be gone?

There's none been as beautiful
these eyes have beheld
How could I ever imagine,
our tall dreams could be felled

How can anyone understand
these feelings I've felt?

Why oh why did you have to go?
Why did you have to go...away?

The people around me, 
they look at me and they laugh
He's wasting his life away
living it in the past
What can I tell them... 
to make them understand?
My life ended long ago
it's not what I had planned

as husband and wife
Leave me alone, wont you?
Let me live my dead life

You ever think about putting some of these to music? John Hamilton September 1, 2016 at 2:20 PM Yeah most of my lyrics have melodies, just trying to find someone to record them, I have a country singer here in Niagara area wants to record one of my songs, just trying to record the piano first then he can lay down his track, I have a few in the Toronto area interested, one in Mexico, so lets hope something happens soon! It is so sad when a mate dies. By the way just lost another friend to cancer, she was only 48. It's just too much lately, just terrible.
