I Miss It

Lame jokes,
Stupid laughter,
Piggy back rides.
Where did my innocense go?
I never told her to.
I want to stay a child.
No heartbrakes,
No pain,
The only tears shed - for hurtys.
When it was there,
I took it for granted,
Didn't like it,
Wanted it gone.
But now it really is gone,
The heartbrakes,
The pain,
The tears shed for many things, and love included,
Are all here now
I hate this, momma, may I have the past back?
