I Met a Demon

I met a demon yesterday
He asked me for my name
I knew I should not answer him
But I told him anyway

I talked with a demon yesterday
He asked if we could play
I knew I should not play with him
But I laughed and said “okay”

I played with a demon yesterday
he asked me to undress
I knew that I should not comply
but, smiling, I said “yes”

I was touched by a demon yesterday
he asked me not to fight it
I knew that it was much too fast
but, secretly, I liked it

I woke up in a demon’s bed
but the demon was not there
I found a note on the windowsill
"thanks for that, take care"
