I Made Pain Beautiful

Painfully beautiful because anguish takes over when I think of her with someone else

Leaving me for no one else but me, myself, and I

Who doesn’t see beauty only pain

Listening to her tell me we need to talk not knowing that every day she wakes up unsure because she too sees her beauty as pain

It’s like the only way she can be beautiful is if she changed her name

To a brand that project lies we all believe

p.s. beautiful does not have to give injury, it only leaves scars if you let it
