I Love You

I am in love with you!
However I have no idea who I’m talking to
You could be a toad
With light brown skin laying under a rock in the harsh cold
Flowers embed in garden
Yellow petals causing any heart to appreciate and unharden
A touching sentence
That quickens my insides initiating feeling of heightened ease
Sport that energizes
And makes me feel human stimulated push like winning prizes
Characters on stage
Enabling enjoyment of the fictional unfold outside my life cage
Literature that can emerse
Taking me on adventure that can’t occur in reality of my verse
Jesus that still cares
Though I doubt and forget tricked into thinking he gives like others
True love has been tinseled, overrated and sugarcoated so its true form I don’t know
I am a novice; will gladly remain so, rather than partake in the artifice of human show.
