I Love You
I love you, I love you.
What do these three words mean?
Do they mean, “I want your money,”
Or, “I want to be, though poor, with you”?
Maybe they mean, “I am the boss”,
Or, maybe, “What would you like to do?”
Another still, “You must love me”
Or, “No matter what, I still love you.”
No, love is not I, and love is not me,
For love is simply, you.
