I Love All of This But I Love You More

I love the dawns first breaking light
I love the full moon when it shines at night
The pride I fee for my country each day
The comfort I feel with you whenever I stay
My favorite songs that I often recall
My favorite pictures Hanging on the wall

I can’t wait to see what else life has in store
I love all of this but I love you more

My home team coming from behind to win
Beating the odd and taking it all on my chin
A hard days work then going out to play
My friends laughter as I tell the joke of the day
The feeling I get when I drive fast in a car
Making a wish upon a shooting star

I can’t wait to see what else life has in store
I love all of this but I love you more

A card for me delivered in the mail
The excited look of my pet wagging it’s tail
My favorite bank rocking out there number one tune
The first bite of lunch served at noon
When I’m on vacation somewhere far
That first drink at my favorite bar

I can’t wait to see what else life has in store
I love all of this but I love you more

Diving in cool water on a hot summers day
Thanking god in the words I pray
Accomplishing something I thought I’d never do
When the world had me down and I still pulled through
A new invention I thought would never exist
Standing up for myself and then shaking my fist

I can’t wait to see what else life has in store
I love all of this but I love you more
