I Lost Me
I lost me, somewhere in the love making, and being hit in the face
I lost me ,somewhere in being disrespected
I lost me, somewhere in the cheating
I lost me, somewhere in the lies, believing all of them
I lost me in the manipulation, not thinking for myself
I lost me, in the deceitful smile, being charmed by the devil
I lost me, when I lost me, over someone not worth losing myself over
I lost me, disappointed me, angered me, disrespected me, I hurt me, damaged me
I lost me, the real me,
But I am making myself a better me, getting to a stronger me, a wiser me,
I lost me, but now I’m finding a new me
