I Lift My Voice

I lift my voice against prejudice The sun and the moon are witnesses; The strong winds blow away misgivings But partiality doesn’t live by principles. I lift my voice against instability People all over are mostly the same; First and foremost is thyself There is no end to their final game. I lift my voice and cry out Nobody has their ears open to hear; I am chocked cannot utter more words I am living, yes, but in despair. I lift my voice it doesn’t reach What the hearts beseech?
