I Know You Hear Me

I know you hear me 
When
I call your name

I know you hear me
When 
I'm crying in the rain.

I know you hear me 
When
I'm singing beneath the moonlight 

Singing to a  lover
I lost in the night.

I know you hear me
This is insane
A deep connection
Attached to my soul.

A bleeding heart that
Want let go 
I know you hear the melody of
My soul.
