I Know

I know you think that we're okay
I know you think that because you sent me money
everything is just fine
I know you think that you get me and
you know who I am
I know you think that you know how I feel
I know you think that it's not your fault
I know you think I look up to you

But you're wrong, we are not okay
We are not just fine, you don't get me
You don't know me and you don't know how I feel
I know its your fault
I know I will never look up to you

How can someone who is suppose to love me make me feel
like crap?
How can someone who is suppose to care about me
ignore me for 17 years?
How can someone who is suppose to be with me be so
far away?
How can someone I hardly know be dad
