I Know

I Know and realise that sooner or later we all must depart.
We all come with a number....an expiry date,
Which we never know.
But I know that while we are  here
We Just need to be kind and loving towards our fellow humans., 
As Kind as posibble. One can never overdo kindness.
And I know that if there is one important thing that I have learnt it is that there is something very very Karmic about kindness or kind deeds.
