I Knew

I knew you would complete my life
I knew I loved you with all my heart.
I knew you would become my wife.
I knew we would never part.
  

I knew that we would laugh.
I knew that we would cry.
I knew you would be my better half.
I knew as days went by.
  

I knew your heart was honest.
I knew you were full of light.
I knew that you completed me.
I knew you would hold me tight.
  

I knew we were meant for greatness.
I knew we would come through.
I knew that with you by my side.
I knew you knew it too.
  

I knew when we first kissed.
I knew you felt it too.
I knew we were meant to be as one.
I knew my soul belonged to you
