I Just Can'T Remember

"His hair is gray, with bloodshot eyes
Why does he look at me that way?"
"I've asked him his name a million times,
But he never has nothing to say"

"He just stands there watching me,
Where ever I go, he is always there"
"It's almost like he knows me,
Maybe, that's the reason he stares"

"Sometimes, he seems so familiar
I can almost recognize his face"
"Maybe we were friends a long time ago,
In a different time and place"

"But still, why wont' he speak?,
Or at least maybe tell me his name"
"Is he shy or is he just arrogant"
"Is this some kind of twisted game"

"Come away from the mirror," his daughter says
As she takes him by the hand
He says, "But why won't this person talk to me,
I just don't understand?"

Reminds me of loved ones past. Wishing that soon scientists can find a cure.

It's really sad, but really well put together. Keep up the great work. - Destiny
