I Hold You High

As you stand
                        there before me,
                     yes, I see the beauty
that is you, but I also
see the depths of you, as
              your words, your actions, grab
at my mind, my soul, my heart.
It is there that you are recognized
and placed upon a high pedestal
           whereby I can really appreciate
               the true magnitude of you,
                   not just the physical
                     attributes, but the
                      spirit of you, the
                   many dimensions
                  that make you, you.
