I Have a Little Help

I'm coming
To stay for three days.
I will drive thirty-six hours
To see that little girl smile,
I have a little help,
  I'll be sprouting.
I'm coming
In the red Trans Am,
No money for a hotel,
No time for a hotel,
I have a little help
  I'll be sprouting.
No need for sleep,
Just have a beer for me
And that smile will be
Peace enough for me
To dream again.
Then I can rest,
I have a little help,
  I'll be sprouting.
