I Have

I have a problem which practically the most brilliant professors couldn't solve. I have a ancient gem which most thief's lack to attempt to rob. I have a room with no knob, Perfect scenario, How could they turn a vanished knob? I have a computer chip in me I'm usually up for adopt.
