It is this way
A journey each one must travel
Alone into darkness
And now I dwell only in your past memories.

But you... are strong, a survivor
You will be okay
Yes
You will go, on...
Oh-yes

I was not strong like you -
When our son died I became lost.
It broke me.
My spirit:
You know I was never the same man

But you... are a survivor
You... will be okay dear
You, will

I know you understand
That I could not go on any longer
That I had to end my awful pain
So I crashed by car into that lake

But you... are strong my darling
So strong my sweet darling
So strong my sweet darling 
So strong my sweet darling

But you are so strong, my dear
Yes, you are so strong, my dear

Because you...
You have inner strength.

I wrote the poem this way because it is the dead husband talking telling his love why he died and that he knows she is strong ~ peace and tranquility
