I Had a Happy Friend Who Ended Life

She always talked
like a happy little bird
tried to fit the mold

Wasn't strong enough
to keep up the facade
it is what ended her life

Early

I mostly think outside the square
I don't fit the mold
I can't be told

I'm older but

To some doing church
is like playing a game
so others think you got it right

U2, P.O.D., Coldplay
R you with me here
are people who inspire me

To write lines like this
helps me to think outside
of the friends thoughts who died

Early.

Sorry for your loss. We never fully know what people are going through. It is sad when friends feel there is no other way to escape their personal torment.
