I Forgive You

I hate you.
I hate everything about you.
No…
I wish.
I wish I hated you.
I wish I had no soul,
No feelings.
Because then, it wouldn’t hurt so bad.
But I do have a soul,
My feelings are strong,
And I have a heart.
And it’s filled with so much
Kindness and so much love
For you.
So,
I forgive you.
I forgive you for lying,
For drinking.
For cheating,
For spying.
I forgive you
For every bad thing
You’ve ever done
Because that’s what you do
When you love someone
With every inch of your being.
