I Forgive You

I forgive you I am tired of suffocating my mind with your image,I am tired of letting you control my life The sound of your voice is something I'll never forget but forgive You touched me where you shouldn't have You said something you were not supposed to say You did things to me that no child should ever experience I am tired of living my life focusing on you The scent of your perfume is still fresh on my nose I can still smell the fresh mint coming out of your mouth But now: I have stopped hiding my body from men I can now walk in my panties with my brothers in the house I now find comfort in a man's arms I can now love a man.
