I Forgive Myself

No more being blue
No more regret
But thoughts of you
Live on in my head

The pain was so deep
I couldn't think at all
I couldn’t sleep
But baby I hit the wall

I hit the wall…

I can’t dwell on what I did wrong
Or what I said or could, could have done
I don't let the past fill my head
I live in each moment
Just looking ahead
No regrets down that road
Nothing’s good down that road
Cause I forgive myself
Oh, I forgive myself…

I had it all
But I couldn't see
The wake up call
Staring right at me

Drinking for pain
Is all about fear
It puts a strain
On those most dear

On those most dear…

I can’t dwell on what I did wrong
Or what I said or could, could have done
I don't let the past fill my head
I live in each moment
Just looking ahead
No regrets down that road
Nothing’s good down that road
Cause I forgive myself

Oh, I forgive myself..
