You visited my dreams last night;
we laughed and danced in the moonlight.
I was so happy to see you;
as if all my wishes came true.
We laughed and danced in the moonlight;
once again, I felt your embrace,
and watched a smile light up your face.
I was so happy to see you;
though Death took you away from me,
you came back to set my grief free.
As if all my wishes came true;
your presence overwhelmed my heart;
and allowed the healing to start.
