I Envy You Not

Tell me nothing of "treasures"
the passing year will teach you wisdom.

build your walls with marbles,
and your place with diamonds,

This gold is mere dust,
cause this life is borrowed breath.

live atop the alps,

away from the rest of us,

i envy you not.
