I embrace light with open arms
Paddling all night in bitter cold
Yearning so much for daybreak charms
I embrace light

To welcome sun in his robes gold
A moment when nature transforms
With all calls, chirps, tweets and songs bold

Wiping off pesky fog, Earth warms
Lives wake to bask as rays unfold
To the last dew He spins soft yarns
I embrace light
