I Dreamt
I dreamt one night, that we were both under an old tree.
I was laying in your lap & we felt so completely free.
Like we were in another life, time or world.
While staring at the cloud in the shape of a bird.
We were surrounded by a field of multi-colored flowers.
The only thing that could grow something so beautiful & sparkle, would be the soft rain showers.
You were you and I was me.
And we felt like one because we found the missing key.
No gimmicks or disguises could ever separate us again.
Because, we mastered the art of recognizing one another even with all the trends.
That dream was so beautiful & I never felt more at peace.
It's like your mind, body & soul combined with all the bad and finally released.
I know it was only dream from my mind to my heart.
I'm glad I could find the words to piece together this dream and articulate from the start.
